Step 1: Click "Dashboard"
Step 2: Click "Number Settings"
Step 3: Click on your 1300/1800 number
Step 4: Click "Audio Messages"
Step 5: Create new Text To Speech file
Step 6: Insert the new Announcement ahead of your single destination number
Be sure you have setup an over flow to capture all calls.
