Single Service Cancellations

Our Obligation

If you have requested to cancel a single service we will formally disconnect the service as soon as practicable but it may take us up to 7 business days so please be patient. Once the service has been disconnected it is removed from your account.

Single Service Cancellation Confirmation

Once the service is cancelled and removed for your account, your Customer Tool Box will be updated by us. The service will be clearly indicated as "Closed" (cancelled) which means you no longer have management Right Of Use (ROU) over the "Closed" service.

Your Obligation

If you have requested to cancel your account today then your next invoice will include current monthly recurring fee(s), call costs etc for this month. All call costs and charges for this service up to the date of cancellation will be issued on your next invoice and then that service will not appear on your invoice again. You are obligated to pay current monthly recurring fee(s), call costs etc for this month which will be itemised on your next invoice.

Once the service(s) is cancelled and removed for your account, your Customer Tool Box will be updated by us. The service(s) will be clearly indicated as "Closed" (cancelled) which means you no longer have management Right Of Use (ROU) over the "Closed" service.

Your Obligation

Your account remains legally active until all outstanding invoices, fee and charges (if any) have been paid. Your next invoice (including current monthly fees and call costs for this month) will be issued to you (for payment) on or around the 2nd business day of the next month. PLEASE NOTE: your account will only be cancelled and closed when all outstanding invoices, fee and charges have been paid.
